To ensure a consistent and high quality experience for rental guests, Yellowstone Club must be engaged as your property manager.

YC Responsibilities

Marketing
We market your home through our residential services website. The rental program is advertised regularly in the weekly YC Gazette that is sent to members.
Reservations Management
Our lodging team works with you to set nightly rates, field inquiries from potential renters, confirm availability of the property, manage reservations and process deposits and payments.
Rental Team
Residence Experience Coordinators provide on-site support and work with property managers and the housekeeping team to prepare your home for rental. They assist with guest check-in, orientation of your home, daily services and departure arrangements.
Housekeeping
The housekeeping team supplies Frette sheets, towels, toiletries, soaps, detergents, waters, paper products and other amenities prior to the guest’s arrival. Housekeeping services are then provided daily and the property receives a complete cleaning upon departure.
Hot Tub
Daily service will be conducted on your hot tub, ensuring the quality and safety of the water for rental guests. Upon departure, our pool and spa certified property manager will change the water. Cost included with price of rental.

Owner Responsibilities

Lock Off Closets
Owner’s personal items must be secured and out of sight. A majority of the mudroom, bedroom and bathroom closets,  drawers and cabinets should be empty for renter’s use.
Housekeeping
Owners pay for departure cleaning to rental program standards after their own visits as well as seasonal exterior window cleaning and annual deep cleaning after 60 nights combined owner/renter stays.
Services & Amenities
All homes must provide Premium Streaming or DirecTV, high-speed internet, adequate kitchen items, decorative bedding and firewood. Contact for a complete list of required rental services and amenities.
Hot Tub
Montana State Law requires that hot tub water is changed between every rental visit. Upon your departure, it is your responsibility to have your pool and spa certified property manager drain, clean and change the water.
Photography
Owners pay for their home to be professionally photographed prior to being listed on the rental website. Contact to book a photoshoot with our lodging photographer.

*If any one day of a reservation overlaps with a minimum stay requirement period, the reservation is subject to the minimum stay.
