Current Covid-19 Protocols

Deposit Payment: A deposit is required to confirm your reservation. If a deposit is not received within 2 business days of receipt of this letter, the reservation will be released. Payment may be made by wire transfer, check, or credit card. Please complete the attached payment authorization form at the end of this agreement.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations during holiday periods are not accepted; all deposits collected on reservations made over holiday periods are non-refundable. Holiday periods this season are: December 18, 2015 – January 3, 2016, January 14-18, February 11-20, and March 24-27, 2016.

For reservations made outside of peak periods, deposits are refundable up to 61 days prior to the arrival date. Cancellations made between 3 and 60 days prior to arrival forfeit the 75% deposit. Cancellations made fewer than 3 days (72 hours) ahead of a scheduled arrival will be charged 100% of the total home charges.

Check-In: Check-in time is between 3:00pm and 10:00pm MDT on the first day of your reservation. Please mention your lodging accommodations when you pass through the South Fork Security Gate and officers will direct you to your home, where an experience coordinator will be on hand to greet you. In some instances, access to your private rental home may be delayed due to housekeeping or maintenance issues; your patience is appreciated in these circumstances. If you wish to check in earlier than 3:00pm, please contact Lodging prior to your arrival. We will make every effort to accommodate such requests, but we cannot guarantee availability.

Check-Out: Check-out time is 11:00am on the last day of the reservation. If you would like to check out later than 11:00am, please contact Lodging prior to your day of departure. As with early check-in, we will make every effort to accommodate late check-out requests, but we cannot guarantee availability. Late check-out without advanced written permission from YC Lodging will result in the assessment of 50% of an additional night’s rent.

Residence Experience Coordinators: If you have any questions about your rental residence or experience any difficulties, please contact the Experience team at (406) 995-7353. Experience Coordinators are also available to assist with grocery lists or other requests as needed.  Yellowstone Club staff, including experience coordinators, housekeeping, or property managers, may enter the property to perform daily service or maintenance work when required.
